Blended Family Coaching Program Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your investment — we also want you to give your best effort to learn and apply the principles and strategies you'll gain through the program. We offer a 30-day refund period for your deposit as well as any payments made prior to the 30-day period. However, in order to qualify for a refund, you must show proof that you have been doing the work we agree to in the coaching process.
In the event that you decide your enrollment was not the right decision, within 30 days of enrollment, contact us at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 PM (PST).
You must include any worksheets/homework you have completed from the coursework and coaching sessions along with your refund request. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 30th day, you will not be granted a refund.
At that point, we'll schedule a meeting where you'll discuss the work you've done and why it's not working for you.
The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
- Requirement 1: The videos assigned to watch to that point in the coaching process from the "Stepfamilies that Work!" and/or "Stepfamilies that Make It!" curriculum must have been watched in full. Please note it is not acceptable to only click "Marked as Complete", but to have actually watched them.
- Requirement 2: Complete and attach your all worksheets/homework agreed upon to that point in the coaching process.
We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of enrollment. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you choose to complete the program.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by Mike Anderson Coaching, LLC dba Mike & Kim Coaching. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of enrollment and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
